About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Woodruff, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Wisconsin
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the national certification exam
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
