About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Louisiana
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of one year of recent, relevant work experience
- Pass a background check and drug screening

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology for documentation and patient care

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours per day.
