About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled rehabilitation therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Adhere to all regulatory and facility policies related to patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Active MT Occupational Therapist License.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for an 8-hour shift.
Skills
- Skilled in providing rehabilitation therapy services.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Pay
