Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Newport, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Vermont.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience.
• Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare facility preferred.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
