Job Summary

Occupational Therapist Home Health (OT HH) Greeley, Colorado. This position involves evaluating, planning, and supervising Occupational Therapy treatments for patients in a home health setting. Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed an educational program in occupational therapy approved by the appropriate governing board, possess a current Occupational Therapy license from the State of Colorado, and maintain BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.

• Documentation must be completed within established time frames and reflect comprehensive assessments of patient progress.

• The role involves providing direct patient care in a home environment, with physical demands including standing, walking, bending, and the potential to lift up to 75 pounds.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
