Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,330 per week
Job Description
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and develop strategies to improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
