Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,189 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026, in Garden City, Kansas. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current, valid Kansas professional license as an Occupational Therapist
