Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to improve their functional abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• At least 2 years of recent experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• Active or pending state license as an OT.
• Current BLS certification.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
