Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,166 per week
About the role
Critical Connection, Inc. is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in East Peoria, Illinois. The role will last for 13 weeks starting August 3, 2026, with 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
- Address activities of daily living (ADLs), intermediate ADLs (IADLs), upper-extremity rehabilitation, and adaptive strategies
- Provide one-on-one patient-centered care
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and case managers
- Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active (or pending) state OT license
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
