Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Rock Island, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Illinois.
• At least two years of clinical experience in rehabilitation settings.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited institution.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
