Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Carbondale, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in a rehabilitation therapy setting
- Documentation in an EMR system (Epic)
Requirements
- Active IL Occupational Therapist License
- Minimum 2 years of OT experience required
Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 4x10 Hour Shifts
