About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
  • Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Wisconsin.
  • At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with patients in various settings such as hospitals, schools, and community centers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passing score on the national certification exam.
  • Current CPR certification.

Skills

  • Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
  • Proficiency in using assistive devices and equipment.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
