About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care settings preferred.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,720.00 (Based on 40 hrs).
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
