About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Mishawaka, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with family members and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant work experience.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
