Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,969 per week

About the role

AHS Staffing is looking for a SNF Occupational Therapist in Sheridan, OR for a Long Term (Travel) position. This assignment is expected to last 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
