About the role
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP at a partnering Occupational Health Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Indiana
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Qualifications
