Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and develop strategies to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent, relevant work experience in home health or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within Arizona as needed.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
