Travel Nurse - Telemetry

Role: Registered Nurse - Telemetry, responsible for patient assessment, documentation, and supporting safe care transitions. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient status, respond to changes per clinical protocols, document assessments and interventions, facilitate handoffs and care plan updates, and provide education to patients and families regarding discharge and care plans. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2+ years of RN experience, with strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, respond to clinical changes, document patient progress, support safe transitions, and educate patients and families.
