Seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry for a travel assignment in Beachwood, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records
• Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates
• Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge needs
• Maintaining infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards
• Ensuring quality patient care, accurate documentation, and effective communication during care transitions

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
