Travel Nurse - Telemetry

Position: RN - Telemetry for a travel assignment in Aurora, Illinois. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient status and responding to changes per clinical protocols.Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress.Supporting safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.Providing patient and family education regarding care and discharge needs. Key Details Work 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour shifts.Salary approximately $7,830/month gross.
