Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $3,400 per week

About the Role

Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role involves providing patient care on a telemetry unit within an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering titratable drips, and assisting with various medical procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing patients with diagnoses such as complex wounds, general medical conditions, and postoperative cases, with a focus on telemetry monitoring

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certifications required: BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS preferred
• No minimum experience specified, with at least 1 year in a similar role preferred
• Clinicians who previously worked at this facility must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission

Schedule

• Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Shifts include a mix of day and evening hours with every other weekend and holiday requirements
• No call or standby duty
• Orientation includes 12 hours of computer training and 12 hours of shadowing
• Float rotation may be required to other med/surg units
• Unit participates in an auto-offer process for scheduling

Unit & Facility Details

• Level 2 trauma care setting within an acute division
• Monitoring includes the use of both telemetry and electronic health record systems
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
