Schedule

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 48
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Scheduling options: Both self-scheduling and block scheduling are allowed
- Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Nurses work every other weekend or less; holiday shifts are assigned on a rotation basis
- Call or Standby: On call is required as a last resort for travelers
Floating and assignments
- Floating Requirements: Nurses are required to float as needed
Certifications and Skills Required
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Active RN license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience; experience or skills in medical cardiac care and drip management
- Drip Management: Required to titrate drips including Amiodarone (Amio), Heparin (Hep), Insulin, Cardizem
