About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with MI, CHF, Arrhythmias, PVD, and some med-surg overflow.
- Management of drips.
- Work 48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
- Every other weekend.
- No call.
Requirements
- BLS certification from AHA required.
- ACLS certification from AHA required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
Qualifications
- Nurse/Patient Ratio: 5:1, occasionally 6:1.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
