Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,400 per week

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 07/27/2026
Required Qualifications
Licensure in the state of West Virginia
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Minimum of 0 years of experience
Common Diagnoses/Types of Patients
Patient with cardiac conditions
Pneumonia
Congestive heart failure
COPD
Oncology
Chronic renal disease
Float Rotation
Float rotation may be required to various units including MedSurg/Telemetry units and critical care areas, with assignments based on unit needs and patient acuity
Charge Nurse/House Supervisor
Each unit has a charge nurse or supervisor available 24/7, with night charge nurses typically taking patient assignments
Nurse Aids
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or techs are utilized, with role responsibilities including basic patient care and blood sugar monitoring
Respiratory Equipment
Managed by RT staff; nurses are not expected to titrate drips but may assist with respiratory treatments
Telemetry
RN staff must interpret strips; monitor techs are present on most units
Schedule & Weekend Requirements
Two-weekend shifts per month; every other weekend scheduled for both day and night shifts
Holiday & Call/Standby
Holiday rotations are part of the schedule; call or standby responsibilities may be assigned, with unit assignments communicated daily or via set schedule
Dress Code
Royal Blue scrubs for RN staff
Orientation
1-2 shifts with a preceptor on the unit before starting solo shifts
Additional Notes
Position involves night weekend shifts, with responsibilities reflective of critical care and telemetry care standards
