Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• No specific experience requirement; a minimum of 0 years is acceptable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpreting strips preferred

Additional Information

• The unit uses EPIC charting system
• RN must be able to read and interpret strips
• The unit functions as a Level 2 Trauma Care setting
• Dress code includes royal blue scrubs for RNs
• The charge nurse does not take patient assignments during day shifts
• RN equipment management is limited to telemetry monitors, with RTs managing respiratory equipment such as CPAP and BiPAP

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
