Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,315 per week

Job Summary

Telemetry (Telemetry), Lebanon, New Hampshire Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units provides nursing care for long-term residents, including medication administration and monitoring of resident health status. The role supports nursing care planning through assessment and ongoing observation, while collaborating effectively to respond to changes in condition.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Compact License
• Experience and/or proficiency working in Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units
• Proficiency with memory care techniques and protocols
• Knowledge of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for long-term care facilities
• Familiarity with case management practices
• Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and task management strategies
• Ability to assess resident health problems and develop and implement nursing care plans
• Ability to monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition
• Familiarity with Emergency Services (SUD) and pain management support
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Point Click Care (PCC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with some intravenous (IV) skills, IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
