Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Olathe, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient care activities and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
