Responsibilities

As a Stepdown RN, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with patient care in a step-down unit setting
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Managing medications and treatments as directed by physicians
• Providing emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in step-down unit preferred
