Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Job Details

  • 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday required
  • Block schedule with 8-hour shift options available
  • No on-call requirements
  • Patient ratio of 1:20 for RNs
  • Floating requirements apply
  • Care setting is post-acute/long-term care
  • Common patient diagnoses include dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients
  • Job duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, and clinical skills such as IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
  • IV and titratable drip experience required
  • Experience working with elderly patients required
  • Scrub color requirement: any solid color, clean and professional
  • Charting performed using ECS (Electronic Charting System)
  • Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
  • BSN not required
  • Active RN license required

Facility

This is a nursing home attached to a hospital with 70 beds, the majority of which are private rooms. The facility operates within a post-acute care setting and is supported by a robust interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, activities staff, dietary, and housekeeping. The facility has on-site pharmacy with a medication dispensing system, respiratory therapy available 24/7, and physician availability after hours, ensuring comprehensive support for both staff and patients.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
