Travel Nurse RN - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Manager, Skilled Nursing - $2,495 per week
Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Nurse Manager with expertise in Skilled Nursing in the FAIRVIEW, Pennsylvania area. This position involves overseeing the building operations during evening, night, and weekend shifts at a long-term care and skilled nursing facility with 300 beds across multiple units. The Nurse Manager will serve as a building supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and quality care delivery within the facility.
Job Details
- Location: FAIRVIEW, Pennsylvania
- Shift: 8-hour shifts, scheduled from 4:45 PM to 12:45 AM, every other weekend with the potential for additional shifts if desired.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- Valid license required
- No specific educational degree required
- Experience with PCC documentation
- Familiarity with wound measurement and monitoring
- Prior PCC experience is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LTC, skilled, rehab, and dementia residents
- Knowledge of hospice patient care
- Able to manage residents change of conditions and coordinate outside services
- Experience with emergency drug closets and medication administration
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Scheduled weekends and holidays
- Schedule is made two weeks in advance

Pay Package
