Travel Skilled Nursing Facility RN - $2,628 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess and document patient conditions according to facility protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Skilled Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid state license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.

Skills

• Skilled in providing compassionate and effective nursing care.
• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 16 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
