Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Canby, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passing results from a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
