The role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population requiring advanced clinical skills. Job Details: Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: RN license, completion of Nursing Degree, at least 5 years of experience including travel experience, and current certifications relevant to ICU nursing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICU/SCU units and ventilator management. Additional Information: This role is a replacement of perm staff, with a focus on teamwork, proactive communication, and maintaining high standards. The unit has 8 beds with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1. Equipment includes ventilators, ceiling lifts, plumb pumps, feeding tubes, chest tubes, and SCD boots. Medical staff work with electronic medical records using the EPIC platform.
