Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,364 per week

About the role

Fantastico rehab facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is in need of a skilled Rehabilitation RN to join their team for 13 weeks. The position offers 32 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam

Skills
