Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,290 per week

About the role

This is a Registered Nurse (RN) position specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) on a 5th-floor inpatient rehabilitation unit located in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

The RN will be responsible for providing patient care during day and night shifts, supporting patient mobilization, and maintaining clinical documentation in accordance with unit and facility policies. The assignment is scheduled to start on 07/13/2026, for a duration of six weeks.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure;
• Inpatient hospital experience of any kind is required.
• Inpatient rehab experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus.

On Call Requirements

None.

Weekend Requirements

Up to every other weekend, sometimes less.

Additional Information

• The unit has 10 beds, staffed by 20 team members, and utilizes EMR systems including EPIC and UDS.
• Typical procedures include patient mobilization and lifting, with documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations.
• The ideal candidate is team-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
• Certifications required include Basic Life Support (BLS).

Pay package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
