About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Overland Park, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a rehabilitation setting.
- Work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
- Manage up to 16 patients per shift.
- Collaborate with a team including LPNs and PCTs.
- Use Welch Allen equipment and Meditech documentation system.
- Schedule includes 3 12-hour shifts, rotating every 3rd weekend.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work in various settings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
- Basic computer skills for EMR use.
Skills
- NIC/ACLS certification preferred.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
