Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,118 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New Hampshire. The role is in a Hospital setting within the Rehabilitation specialty, RN discipline, with a start date of October 12, 2026. The contract length is 13 weeks (also referenced as 12 weeks) at 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, travel employment type.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, including mechanical lifts, Baxter pumps, and Kangaroo pumps.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document in the Meditech EMR system.
• Support patients with wound care, stroke, or TBI needs as required.

Pay

Pay Range: $2026.88 - $2128.22 (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined)
