Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $1,880 per week

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality patient care to adults and geriatrics with various pulmonary, cardiac, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple complex clinical procedures and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients with pulmonary, cardiac, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Manage multiple complex clinical procedures, including EKG interpretation, phlebotomy, respiratory treatments, and BiPAP/CPAP device management.
• Administer blood and blood products, perform wound care, and manage assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support patient safety initiatives.
• Float to other inpatient units and emergency departments as needed to meet facility needs.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience on a Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation, phlebotomy, and respiratory treatments
• Ability to perform and manage BiPAP/CPAP devices with preprogrammed settings

Qualifications

• Charge nurse experience
• Prior work in an acute inpatient rehab setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience with complex patient care procedures related to pulmonary, cardiac, neurological, and orthopedic recoveries
