About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting July 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington State.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
