Job Details: Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts, rotating weekends, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid healthcare professional certification, minimum of 0 years of experience in med/surg, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and ability to work on a medical surgical rehabilitation floor. Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation experience is a plus. Additional Information: Unit specifics include a patient ratio of 1:5, availability of patient lifting equipment, gait belts, and patient alarms. Documentation is managed through Meditech. Staffing includes unit secretaries and technologists when census is 9 or higher. No on-call requirements, and floating policies prioritize agency floats first.
