About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Natick, MA. Maintain adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Support patient education and resource linkage.

Responsibilities

• Perform mental health assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Administer medications and educate patients on their use and side effects
• Support patients during procedures and crisis interventions
• Document clinical findings accurately and timely
• Advocate for patient needs, ensuring ethical and culturally sensitive care
• Participate in quality improvement and staff education initiatives

Requirements

• Recent experience (minimum one year) as a behavioral health RN
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and CPI preferred
• Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in documentation and PC skills
