Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications
• Support patients during procedures
• Educate patients and families
• Document findings accurately
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of recent behavioral health RN experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS certification
• PREFERRED: ACLS and CPI certifications

• Critical thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical stamina
• Technical proficiency
• Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
