Travel Nurse RN - Post Partum - $2,329 per week

Responsibilities
- Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs during the postpartum period.
- Perform dual role of caring for infants and educating mothers about care.
- Care for both mothers and newborns after delivery, monitoring mothers and ensuring proper recovery.
- Recognize postpartum depression and teach new mothers how to address emotions.
- Teach new parents how to care for, bathe, breastfeed and/or bottle-feed the newborn, and monitor the newborn’s health.
Requirements
- Active RN License.
- Degree from accredited nursing program.
- BLS, ACLS & NRP Certification.
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Mother/Baby setting.
- Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
