Responsibilities
Provide critical care nursing to pediatric cardiac ICU patients, including post-op care, infusion management, and chest tube care.
Administer medications and monitor patient status using Phillips monitors and Medfusion/Baxter pumps.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate families and support them through complex congenital heart cases.
Maintain accurate documentation within Meditech EMR.
