Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and formulate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit hospital setting.
• Apply standard precautions and respond quickly to unexpected patient care needs.
• Maintain physical agility and ability to lift up to 75 pounds as required.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice or valid compact RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• At least one year of recent experience as an RN in an acute care hospital within the past 12 months (clinical experience in specialty area desired).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to the Progressive Care Unit specialty preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
