Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $1,952 per week

About the role

We are seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Waterloo, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in Progressive Care Unit preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passport required for international assignments.
• Travel authorization must be obtained prior to assignment start date.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
