About the role
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment.
- Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes.
- Enable intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations based on patient's vital signs.
- Maintain complex medications based on patient's vital signs.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Accredited nursing program degree
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
