Job Details
- Location: Beckley, West Virginia, 1710 Harper Road
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Orientation: Biweekly, on Wednesdays
- Position: RN in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within the surgical services department, with a facility department/cost center code of 463170401
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: Days, 8 hours
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: Every other or as needed
- Call Requirements: 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month
- Required Certifications: Certification/licensure to work as an RN in West Virginia; ASPAN (preferred), ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Experience: 2 or more years in PACU populations and service specialties; additional experience in ICU, ER, or PACU preferred
- Float: Interdepartmental unit; float rotation may be required
- Patient Population: Serves all ages, with patient ratios of 1:1 using standard critical care equipment and Meditech electronic health record system
- Dress Code: Scrubs supplied by the hospital; no casual wear or other branded attire
