About the Role

Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU - Travel - (PACU RN)

Requirements

  • Current Rhode Island RN license or a license through the Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 1 year of hire
  • At least 1 year of recent adult or pediatric critical care, emergency department, or PACU experience
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and ability to work effectively in high-stress environments

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse
  • PACU Experience: 1 year at least 1 year critical care ICU experience required, in addition to PACU
  • Preferred Qualifications: prefer someone with both adult and pediatric PACU experience
