Job Details
Location: 820 North Chelan Avenue, Wenatchee, WA 98801
Shift: Days, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each shift (0700-1930), with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Must have a Washington State or Compact RN licensure
Active BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
Requires to take call and float as a sitter, with floating in rotation
Must adhere to facility policies and standards; function within the scope of the Washington Nurse Practice Act
May require float to additional units as needed

Develop, implement, and reassess individualized care plans
Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
Evaluate discharge plans, provide patient education, and document care accurately
Conduct ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient needs
Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee care by non-licensed assistive personnel
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with policies
